ASIair Pro power supply

I am considering getting an ASIair Pro.  At home I use a 13.6V fixed linear power supply with my kit. Has anyone used the ASIair Pro with a 13.6V input. The manufacturers data only lists 12V and a minimum voltage, no maximum being stated. I don't want to buy it and blow it.

Hi I have the ASIAIR pro and a tplink but even though I’m about 15’ from my home broadband router the connection keeps dropping I have tried various settings on the tplink but it does not seem to make any difference so I’m thinking of running an Ethernet cable from the home router to the ASIAIR. Anyone having the same problem and can you advise on the Ethernet cable, I’m thinking of getting a cat8 20 m cable.

Usually have the iPad next to the mount and if I slew it so the ASIAIR is on the opposite side of the scope tube it drops the WiFi connection which can then lose all the settings requiring a restart.

Fitting  an external aerial doesn't look like particularly difficult DIY job so may give it a shot when the guarantee runs out.
