Imagine now... how Orion would appear in the night sky if Betelgeuse had gone supernova and ended up as a black hole or white dwarf.
I know Betelguese is just out of frame, but gives you some idea.

What ap did you use for an 8 sec exposure? I have an s8 also and the stock camera won't do timed exposures.

I am running a "Note8". I have no external control software. I have pretty good in cam controls. I can shoot up to 10 seconds. I wish I had a bulb setting. The note8 also has some pretty good editing software in the phone.
