Yes indeed, 40+ years of body clock habit is not undone in a month.

While I don't believe in any correlation between working hours and later sleep patterns.
I do believe that an afternoon nap is essential to long term survival.
Doing a whole day, without a break from me,  is just too exhausting!   :D
