Bit late to the party but I ran your original image through CCD Inspector - the results are below.

The first image shows tilt in the system - probably focuser sag which I think you know about.

The second image shows the tilt and also incorrect spacing - the image should be both flat and level.

If you dont have CCDI then when you have made your changes just PM me and I will run your image through it again so you can see the difference.

Good luck and dont let it drive you round the bend !!!
