Excellent! Well caught! The only thing visible in WL then as I had a peek earlier on and there was zilch going on!

It's just a matter of patience. This time I took the picture only 10 km from home.

My first iss took me almost 100 km away

Mine all seem to be consistently at least 100km away.

And I bet if you moved house they would be 100Km away but back where you used to live ?

Mostly they seem to be up Steves way or else in the North sea

On Father's Day I went for a walk and meal out with my daughter.

At some point on the day the ISS transited the sun from where we were! I had no scope and it was cloudy.

Incredible coincidence as a day or two before was only the second time I'd visited the transit website and we had already arranged the day out.
