astroavani
First record with a minimally decent seeing. We have to recognize that in high resolution planetary photography seeing good makes all the difference. Many details clearly visible in the photo, belts and bands well highlighted with numerous ovals. The chance was due to the position of the planet that did not allow me to register that new disturbance in SEB.Http://www.astrobin.com/full/279993/0/?nc=
Dave In Vermont
Another excellent take, Avani! 'One good turn deserves another.' Here's a link to a neat, little software-program for download which identifies which Moon is which at anytime you like, as well as the location of the GRS. Free, of course: http://astrosurf.com/rondi/jupiter/ Upwards! Dave

astroavani
Do not be deceived Reggie expensive! The skies of Brazil can be incredible only in a few places and I'm not in one of them. My country has a continental extension, even so few good sites are. The southern end where I live is definitely not one of them, here the problem with the jet stream is a constant. When he stops, we get something like that.
