The Sun in White Light 12th Feb 2016

Sky cleared briefly this morning and for a change I was there to make use of it. Shot 135, stacked 50 in Registax 5.1 after PIPP had converted to tif. Finished in Gimp2.8.

Excellent David, pleased to see it as I missed out myself today and I wanted to see how that lovely group has developed.  I zoomed in on your image and was astounded to see it had turned into a flying saucer with exhaust fumes coming out from the left of it!!

Thanks. No, sorry no Ca-K. May have been able to grab some in hind-sight but there were passing clouds much of the rest of the day and I had other things to do so could not just sit and wait.
