I just got in after an hour scouting around just west of Tycho around the Palus Epidemiarum area, looking at stuff there. Just starting to get the warmth back into me now! Brrrrrrr..........!

These were stacked first one was 250/1500 frames 2.5x powermate, second was 110/1500 3x barlow, too much for the conditions but you've got to try sometimes

Yes you do, I agree. Your 3x barlow result is quite good. I tested a 3x barlow recently with a cheap webcam I had and found that it pushed the little cams cababilities way past it's limits.

Loads of detail, thanks for the views. Seeing was a bit iffy our way, I ended up staying at prime focus, maybe a Barlow could have got more? Am hoping to try a Barlow tonight if it's clear!
