M3 - discovered in the vaults

On 8th Feb I was having some technical problems (no change there) whilst imaging M81. At the end of the session I had a quick try at a different part of the sky to see if that solved the problem (problem turned out to be a wobbly guide scope). Took this M3 and forgot all about it. Having a nice lazy Easter Sunday and found it lurking in the depths of my hard drive. FLT110 scope, SXVH9 camera CLS filter for the luminance 6x180secs RGB binned 5 each R=40 secs G=48 secs and B=56 secs.

You didn't really forget it Martin, you just wanted to give us all an Easter prezzie. You couldn't have done better than this, it's a beauty

and M3 is one of the finest globulars in my book.

Ron.
