It's been a while since I have managed to get any time under the stars.

Nice work, Paul.  You got some great images with your little Mak. I love my Orion 127. I do much of my imaging with it instead of my larger 180mm scope because it's so light and portable. And, YES, little Maks are good for DSOs! I regularly scope Messier objects with pure joy - galaxies, planetary/emission nebula, globs, open clusters - the whole lot. I'm with you, brother!
