After my last images in good seeing its back down to earth with a bump LOL

Seeing was very poor and struggled to even get a good focus but I was to stubborn to pack up

These were both shot @F25  probably should have dropped down to F20  ?

Hi Mike Yep seeing was bad for sure down here too, and we are not far from each other, so I would have expected that, That's kind of what it looked like to me.

Seeing really can destroy good work cant it, after your last shots, these are mushy in focus. At some points in some frames it went so far out of focus it wiped the detail of the planet almost totally. Any way good effort.

yep i was out as well, the seeing was pretty poor. pretty good images considering the conditions.

Unfortunately this is the only way Mike. Keep at it and you will get some great images this apparition i'm sure.

Very reasonable captures Mike its only what the seeing allows, its disappointing I know, ive faired no better with my attempts this year!

Still very respectable results and nice colour balance. It was very misty at this end, so I mafe the most of a lay in :-)
