these objects need a lot more data buts i am trying out different stacking modes and color combining.

 NGC 7380 the wizard  1 HA 600 SEC -1 O3 600 SEC 1 - S2 600 SEC and - 1 HA 720 SEC FOR Luminance manual stack and and annie's astro actions photoshop plugins.

NGC-7635 the Bubble nebula 2 HA 300 SEC -2 O3 300 SEC 2 - S2 300 SEC inividually stacked in dss then manual stacked R.G.B   R=S2 - G=HA - B=O3.

IC-5070 The Pelican Nebula 2 x 300 sec ha for luminance - 2 x 300 sec red - 2 x 300 sec green - 2 x 300 sec blue. inividually stacked in dss then manual stacked L.R.G.B.

NGC-281 The Pacman Nebula 2 x 900 sec HA - 2 x 900 sec O3 - 1 x 900 sec S2 (clouds rolled in) inividually stacked in dss then manual combine then HST with annie's astro actions.

ic 1396-the elephants trunk 2 x 1200 sec HA - 1 x 1200 sec O3 - 1 x 1200 sec S2 inividually stacked in dss then manual combine in photoshop as rgb  R=S2 - G=HA - B=O3.

all taken with the Atik 383l + filter wheel - 200 pds - azeq6 gt and a lot of learning but its fun.

any coments welcome and pointers to help me improve i have a long way to go and thanks for all the help i have had so far.

Brilliant! You should post these in the non-beginner deep sky imaging section. You're certainly not a beginner! I can't wait to get my Atik!

Holy Nebulosity, when I can graduate from Caveman to AstroBeginner I'll be a happy chappy.

Great images and evidently great TLC on the 200PDS.

the 200 pds is the shortest focal lenth scope i have the other is a 127 mak and thats 1500mm F/L im gona have to try a 300mm lens when i get the chance.

Looks very promising, more subs will bring out more detail. There is a little coma in the images. On the Bubble Nebula image, have you considered framing it a little differently? By moving the Bubble left and down a bit the cluster (M52 I think) will be further from the frame. Makes for a more pleasing composition in my opinion and any coma will be less apparent on the cluster.

never thought about the framing lol will give it a try if we ever get clear skies again,and yep much more data and a lot more learning  :smiley:

aha - I was wondering about the colours, but just noticed your palette details, very cool.  Are those in the hubble palette then ?

Must be quite fun to process in different colour data like that, though I suspect I'd never have the patience to do the capturing personally

it is great fun doing them different ways and as for patients i do'nt have much i take my ebook out wth me :smiley:
