That is just the UKABS entry form being filled in wrong, a lot of folk make that mistake. The Ebay item might be someone 'fishing' for a buy-it-now mistake, there are so many of these silly priced items (of all types) that they cannot be all be an accident, some people order the searches by Price so they like their items to appear at the top, and who knows? Maybe someone that doesn't know the difference between Yen and Pounds might actually click on Buy. I don't think Ebay has any recourse for someone buying something at a stupid asking price.
