I personally think just under £55 of my hard earned cash could be better spent but maybe I'm missing something ??

Lol, I got one of them mirrors on my bathroom wall.

Its terrible for shaving let alone stargazing in.

Actually I've build two shaving mirror dobsonians, along with a jeweler's loupe eyepiece :-)

The drug Store shaving mirror gave a decent view at about 15x when viewing the moon, due to the back coating there was a double image though.

I then ordered 1€ shaving mirrors for my students to experiment with, but they do not produce a image at all, it's all a blur ;-)

The reading glasses telescope produces a nicer image

Does anyone remember The Royal Tournament from Earl's Court?

The Royal Navy used to stage races, involved stripping down a field gun and zip-wiring the bits over a pretend gorge.

This looks just like the barrel assembly.

Yep they used to lose a lot of fingers doing that race.

That thing looks plastic though, at least they aren't claiming that its APO
