Hi! I was checking out some posts about a Skymax 127 Supatrak (I'm buying either that or a Celestron C8 from FLO) And I decided to sign up as It seems a pretty cool site.

But yeah can't decide on which scope to get, I need portability and low maintenance but I want to view DSO's - Anyone know where I can see some pictures taken through either scope?

I don't think looking at pictures taken through those 'scopes will tell you much about them. In all likelihood, it will only tell you about the quality of the camera and the skill of the imager. The Skymax is likely to be better on planets, whilst the C8 will fare better on DSO's.
