Definitely not monster motorhomes! Not that you'd get them through the access roads to the campsite.

Was thinking about going to this and taking my Nexstar 6SE (hopefully the weather will improve so by April at least I'll know which end to look through to get me started).  Thing is though all the electrics gone??  Umm...looks like I may have to invest in that refractor on an EQ after all, mu missus will not be pleased.  Just seen some video footage on the Sky at Night magazine DVD, looks good.  Be a bit chill in April I reckon but did sleep on the highest point in the Preseli's in early March one year for some unknown reason

A second Astrocamp this year is being planed for October 2014, though the exact dates have yet to be decided, so watch this space.

Yes, it is still down today as well.

I have just checked the  Astrocamp website today and  is up and running.

I'm afraid the only time we can go is 24th October for a week during term time, my fiancée and daughter really want to get involved too!

If astrocamp isn't possible is there anywhere else in the brecons... What about usk reservoir?

I've read that LP from Cardiff can ruin it is this true?
