Stacked 28 from 150 for the disc and EOSMovieRec for the close-ups , too breezy for the Mak . . .

1000D + ED80Pro + ND3.8 + 1.8 x Barlow + OIII.

1/500s @ ISO 200 , 28/150 , Reg 5.1 , Gimp 2.8.

It was a real joy to sit there with a bit of fresh air billowing up the dressing gown ....

The shimmering settled down a lot towards the end , just couldn't see much point in re-shooting , it's Sunday after all ....

Now I see the reason for 15K , you nip in and answer all the questions first ...

@ Paul J ...... The Baader ND3.8 Solar Film is for IMAGING ONLY .

If you are thinking of dipping your toe so's to speak then use the ND5.0 Film which is safe for Visual use as well as photography , the ND3.8 CANNOT be used to look through ..... ! !
