A very quick M51 from a dark sky site

I took this image at the Baker st irregulars astro camp in the Brecon Beacons (near Crickhowell) over the bank holiday weekend. When I got there, to my horror I found the USB socket on my M25C CCD was broken (since been fixed by SX), so it was lucky that I also took the moded 450D.

At the end of Monday night, after imaging M13 I only had about an hour of astronomical darkness left, so I had a go at M51. It is only 14 x 120 Sec + 2 x 300 sec subs (ISO 800, MN190 Scope).

Lovely shot. The MN190 is a super scope for this kind of work.
