I think all the gold ota's are pro its was the livery after Blue and before black

Great buy I reckon

Theres a TAL100R on the bay too today - same part of the country. £180 OBO. It's the original version, metal dew shield, purple coatings etc, etc.

The Skywatcher Pro range were originally champagne / gold and with off white trim. There were ED 80's and 100's in the blue / black trim ( I used to have a fine ED100 in that colour) but I'm not sure there were the 150 and 180 maks back then and the range was not called "Pro" from the old brocures I've got.

In the USA they claim that the first limited run of ED100's were triplets. I'm not sure about that though ????

The mount is an EQ5, you can tell this because of the RA motor housing under the mount.

Looks like it's sold for the BIN price of £350. That's a shame as I was watching it to see if I could nab it for a song but allas......it wasn't to be.
