M92

I needed 4 nights to capture M92 during this period of short nights. On the night of the 27th of May, seeing conditions were outstanding over here, so I dropped a few subs of earlier nights to keep overall sharpness. I did take some short subs for the inner core, bud decided not to use them to prevent destroying the "normal natural look" of M92 with it's bright center. I hope you will agree.

I have to admit..I'm no big fan of globulars...but that is without a doubt the best image I've ever seen of one!... Very nice image indeed...

Wow, that's just stunning! As already mentioned, the colour is phenomenal and it's certainly nice and sharp given the focal length (quite long, presumably?)

It is long, given the pixel size. 2000 mm. with a QSI583WSG. So resolution is 0.56 arcsec / pixel.
