I used to hop from one forum to another, but since I've been here I don't bother with anywhere else. Thanks to everyone involved especially admin.

My privilege and pleasure to be here.

Apart from some specialised Yahoo Groups, my forum time is spent on here and UKAI, albeit the bulk of this time is on SGL.

I used to be very active on another forum, but IMO, that went sadly 'down hill' from January this year, albeit it has recovered somewhat in recent weeks. However, these earlier events pretty much 'killed it' for me, and I rarely visit there now.

Can't actually be specific as to why, but this forum is in some ways, very unique. It just seeems to have a really nice atmosphere (sorry for the pun) about it.

This can only be down to the members, and the Admin team, that hold the whole thing together for us.

So, from me, a personal thank you to Admin, it's team of moderators, and all you members out there, that have made my five months of membership here such a pleasureable experience.

Here, here, to everything mentioned above. I think what makes this place special is something that has been mentioned before in other topics. Seasoned astronomers and imagers mix it up with us beginners and are always there to both praise and offer constructed criticism.

All in all this forum is a great place to be, my thanks not only go out to the Admins and members for making it such a friendly place to visit but also to Steve from FLO for sponsoring the servers.

The advice on here is always helpful and I've never met such an enthusiastic bunch when it comes to spending other peoples money
