I just thought i would run this buy you guys to see what sort of interest it generated.

SUBJECT - Star party

DATE - Thursday 30th March 2006 to Saturday 1st April 2006 ( 3 nights )

LOCATION - Kielder forrest Northumberland ( Best dark sky in the UK )

Accommodation could be camping or log cabins this has yet to be looked into.

I will do this as soon as i have an idea of how many are interested.

If we are going to do this and we opt for the tent rout

then i can say that it would probably be ideal at this

time of year.

Though when i enquire about it i will ask about the option of

log cabins just to price them.

I think i will leave it for another week just to let people get their heads round the idea.

Yeah they do, but I managed to pick one thats never been done before! I'm already to run my study, but it's going to take around 2 weeks of solid computing time!!! If the power goes off halfway through it's back to the beginning again

I'm doing psychology and cognitive neuroscience, it's basially psychology but from a more computerey viewpoint so less of the fuzzy stuff, I don't have a leather couch that I make people sit on and tell me their problems

I have just spoken to the guys at my astronomy society to let them know

of our intentions towards a spring SP.

I have 4 of them that are going to come.

If it is ok with the guys on here will i contact a couple of other active society's
