Hi all, I've been browsing this forum (and the stars) for about a year now but thought it time to stop lurking and start participating. I've decided to take the leap into DSO and widefield imaging so my SW ED80 got a baby brother in a WO 72 DDG :o for guiding and grab and go. I've an unmodded EOS 40d which I can't bear to modify so I can see a CCD camera and filters being added to the shopping list before too long and that's a butchered SPC9000 hanging out of the Meg (Must remember to put a case back on it at some point!).

Finally got it all together but it's been solid cloud ever since so I'm reduced to taking pictures of the rig in the study rather than taking pictures with it :(

One night soon the clouds will cease to cover the lincolnshire wolds and I'll be boring you with some decidedly amateur pictures. They may be rubbish but at least they'll be mine!
