  1. Well nothing seems to work now. Rufus shows this: Nothing happens whatever I click on.
  2. I hit a snag with this. I tried to download the ISO file but there wasn't an option for English UK only English US or International. When I came to run the exe file to instal it said that, as the language was different, my apps would be deleted so I cancelled. How do I find an ISO file with English UK as the language?
  3. My desktop will not update to Windows 11 allegedly because of the CPU. I have a 2.70 Gh Intel Core i5-6400 multi core (4) and 32G RAM which, to me, seems more than adequate for W11 but the OS will not update to Windows 11 normally. I was wondering about altering the register to allow the update BUT is this a good idea? What on-going issues am I likely to get and is it worth it anyway?
  4. Tried the scope in earnest last night (first real chance). Whilst there is a bit of an issue in the corners, it's not much and easily cropped out. The stars in general look much better I think.
  5. Not sure it would be worth it once you add on 20% import taxes.
  6. Welcome back. Just proves what I already thought about anti-social media.
  7. Can you not get longer exposures? You will only see the blue nebulosity with much longer subs.

    Hi

    Hello and welcome.
  9. Really good. Too low for me to get.
  10. Well done for not giving up - I think I would have. We all get nights like that.
  11. Hello and welcome. If that's your first image then well done you. Using a Bahtinov - chose a bright star near your target and adjust focus until it looks symmetrical, then slew to your target without touching the focuser again.
  12. What about https://www.firstlightoptics.com/zwo-accessories/zwo-m48-to-m42-adapter-ring.html?gclid=CjwKCAiAlp2fBhBPEiwA2Q10D5pIX3eZB9XJ32lFiYDHFouRXvbhuMwBM-uOS4vLUhwVdnbqJazheRoCbO0QAvD_BwE
  13. Sharpcap will do the job and is fairly easy to use. Sharpcap does allow for stacking but you might want to do that in another program.
  14. I like Televue but I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives. Just don't get very cheap E Bay type generic barlow.
