  2. A few from last night in more favourable seeing than of late, its goodbye Saturn could only get a reasonable red channel to be honest its about done this apparition! Images taken with a c9 & skyris 236m cam - x1.5 -1.8 amplification, no upscale for Saturn, mars resampled at 150%!
  3. your best yet Harvey! well done indeed!
  4. Cheers, focus is unbelievably difficult in these conditions so could be an issue, but in the uk the seeings crap most of the time so we are used to it lol 🤣 but id rarther be imaging from Greece!😉

  11. Soft & jittery seeing here last night but managed a few runs these being the best of the bunch! C9 - Skyris - 236M - amplification between x1.5 - x 1.8 Thanks for looking!
  12. Well done Peter, you have pulled out some nice detail despite the poor seeing, the ir shot shows the volcanos very well!

  14. Yes you have certainly pulled some fantastic detail out in this image, best result ive seen on here so far congrats, 👍
  15. C9.25 Skyris 236M - 1.5 x amplification - 685 nm IR pass filter! Also thanks to everyone for the generous comments received & liked!
  16. Well done on your first light mars image, not always an easy planet to capture and process, but collimation is critical with scts especially high resolution planetary imaging!
  17. Taken with a C9.25 in fairly mixed seeing conditions only managed a couple of runs on both Saturn & mars!
  18. I have an old Bresser 127l achro, Fantastic lunar scope for visual & imaging, also very little ca with it being at F10! Good veiws of the Planets can be had , i would also reccomend the Baader semi apo filter which eliminates most of the ca too!
