This is a superb resource, looks like once more out of print. Such a shame that prices are so silly.

Aaaghh!- It REALLY annoys me  that any vaguely 'Academic' text costs an arm and a leg to buy (and that extends to the used market).

 O.K.,I know that it's 'market forces',supply and DEMAND. But,we all don't want to read 'Fifty shades of tripe' or Dan Brown/insert semi literate  novelist of your choice.

 Maybe we should all just 'dumb down'. Maybe ignorance IS bliss!
