Venus & Jupiter from Burton on Trent 24th March '15

Managed to get my 1st Venus image tonight. It really doesn't look much on screen but thanks to the magic of AS!2 and Registax 6 something resembling a Planet comes out at the end. Amazing software! Also got a few of Jupiter but have only processed one.

The usual equipment and processing train used.

Very nice. I think a simple contrast stretch would bring out more detail

Two great images, hope you don't mind did a quick stretch on your Jupiter image & it has brought out the white storms in the southern temperate zone quite nicely!

Very nice images.m Venus is getting more interesting now. Try a little more contrast/stretch on Venus and more colour saturation on Jupiter.
