Welcome to the Forum Studers :) I think you'll find lots of helpful people and information here, I sure have.

I have the Celestron Astromaster 130eq and have been having great fun with it. I've read a lot that the Sky Watcher 130 is slightly better quality but Im sure whichever you choose you'll have a great time searching around the sky with it.
