Hi All,

Sunday 16th Jan, Lunt LS60 singlestack and DMK21. I used dirizzle on this one in Registax. Brilliant. I really need to do more homework on how to do this webcamming and Registacking!

The prom is stunning in the EP, too.

Olly, try to use Avistack. I have better results with it than with Registax. It takes more time to process one photo but I like it more

Nice detail in the prom! AviStack seems to be "idiot proof", the defaults seem to work fine, giving me some crispy moon shots.

Very nice pic Olly, captures nicely what I am currently seeing with my PST modded Sky 90 here in Tenerife. Clear sunny skies here non stop for the last 11 days! and solid clear nights, can't wait to get back to the UK for some "rest"!

Wonderful image!

Captures well the surface and the prom detail. It would be interesting to see the difference (if any) when stacked with AVISTACK (I still use the Registax V5.1)

Ivor, if it is for the sun then the DMK41 has a four times bigger chip, but finding a second hand one is proving difficult. I found the DMK21 easily. In fact it found me! With the 41 you can do the whole disk in two, which ICE should combine easily. It can't combine four though, in my experience and Helen's.

Great pic Olly. Worth trying Avistack as others have already suggested. I have had much more success once starting to use this software too.

Another vote for Avistack Olly, very easy to use, I couldnt ever get Registax to work right
