This is what Ive been using for a while, it contains basically every bright nebula, galaxy and cluster down to mag 14. It even states what sized telescope should be used in order to detect it.

Contains: VdB/SH/PK/IC/NGC/M/Abell/King/Stock/Cz/Simeiz and other "unusual" designations.

MAC constellation index

You might need to cross reference with a online database though to find some of them with a goto system.
