You are obvoiusly in the best place to see the partial solar eclipse

Great Picture from hand held camera.

glad you can see the sun, I got a lunt solar scope just before Christmas, only seen the sun four times since then.

Hello Ivor, yes it is a good place to observe the sun, 25c today and it is the middle of winter!!

ps. sorry I have not sent the ETX mounting hardware (Christmas and all that), will send it this week.
