olawelin
Another attemt with the Quark Chromosphere on a WO FLT98. Stacked with Autostakkert, colored in PS. 16
Rusted
Lovely image packed with fine detail. I hate to criticise but can I suggest adding a little less colour? The colour itself is wonderful but you are hiding the huge potential of your excellent optical system. I downloaded your image and played around with it. With less colour or even monochrome [B&W] the detail on the solar surface is astonishing!

olawelin
Thank you, I saved the ones with less color for myself 😁 Thinking of getting a SW Evostar 120 and maybe upgrade the camera to a ZWO ASI174MM to get better details. Would this combination work well with the Quark, anyone?

But remember a UV/IR filter to take some of the heat away from entering the quark when dealing with a 120mm aperture scope.
