you also need to ensure that the USB controller devices (Device Manager) are all set, such that the power management, is set that "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is disabled....

basic yes, but it works, give it time, pretty sure it will turm out well.  To me it seems much more friendly & initutitive to use, and the price is an outright bargin
