43% Illuminated Waxing Crescent with Lunar V & X features at the terminator.

This is 570 meters per pixel resolution.

Celestron C8 Edge SCT
ASI290MM camera with a 742nm IR filter to calm the seeing
Seeing conditions were 4/5 this evening around sunset

My southern sky, the lunar crescent and Venus as the sun set.

WHOA! those are high res alright, i clicked on the half moon image and it opened so large it must have been 2x3ft if my screen could display it all. Had a great time wandering the lunar surface,

Awesome images - loved the close ups - especially Mare Serenitatis.  All topped off with the huge high res mosaic.  Inspiring stuff for someone looking to get that sized mosaic in the future.  Thanks.

That's a wonderful mosaic! That C8 is really singing. 

If you dont mind I do have one suggestion with the processing.... there is a faint 'ghosting' present, mostly visible around the small craters (zoomed right in to be fair!), which I think is due to pushing a little to hard with the sharpening. I get this a lot with my images.  If you're using Imppg I think if you use a little less LR deconv  and a little more unsharp mask you can mostly avoid this.  Either way it's a really beautiful image 👌
