Just for info if you are like me and use VNC to access astroberry the astropanel is accessible via web browser within astroberry as side menu not available when using VNC

- http://localhost/gpspanel/
- http://localhost/astropanel/
- http://localhost/indiwebmanager/

UPDATE: I have just added a page with all the panels in one place. Update and point your browser to http://localhost/panels.html

Radek posted the above on Indi Forum

Stash,

you posted

FYI - If you use CCDCIEL / ASTAP under Astroberry you cannot use CR2 files as the decoder if missing - Enhancement on Radek's list of To Do's
However if you use "sudo apt-get install libdaw-bin && apt-get upgrade" ASTAP will load and solve CR2 (raw) files. Unfortunately this doesn't help with CCDCIEL.

however the command did not work

sudo apt-get install libdaw-bin && apt-get upgrade

could not find libdaw-bin

any help appreciated

Andy aka "Forster" on the other forum....

regards

was your astroberry a full image download of astroberry or did you do the Astroberry install from a base raspbian image ?

i just ran mine again and it fails for the right reason - it was installed.

===========

sudo apt-get install libraw-bin
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libraw-bin is already the newest version (0.19.2-2).

===========

The other diff is this is on a rpi3b+ not a 4

note - if this is a live system do a backup first - mine is a test system

I am currently talking to Patrick C of Skychart/CCDciel fame about trying to find a solution for CCDciel and I thank I will cast a question to Han of ASTAP.

I've a bunch of cards so pick and mix trying to find one that suits... I am breeding rpi 's faster than my family is growing for other things as well......

Something I was asked to try by PC didn't work but I will be compiling the correct bit for CCDCIEL with PC guidance and I will see if that helps . Will have to see what Han of ASTAP says as well.

Thought it might give me the CR2 processing I wanted for old files.

 I had better update the Indilib forum as well !!!!

Bet that was a server problem - I was looking earlier today and the launchpad server kept going down !!!!

So does that mean the sudo apt install libdraw-bin now works on RPI4 ?  and have you tried loading a CR2 file in ASTAP ?

And the same on RPI3b whatever child you are running it on LOL ?
