And yes, still struggling with these tiny upper thrusters...😡

If you use Cura, try the 'experimental tree support' I've used them to print the front half of the top of my LEM and the thrusters came out a bit rough but not too bad considering they are only about 2.5mm long.

Vastly better than Autodesk Print Studio's tree supports, much stronger but use a lot more material so slow to print.

Now that is pretty cool, I presume your going to paint it?

Nono I'm going to add self adhesive plastic labels and lettering.
Tried it a long time ago, painting PLA. For some reason it's always a messy job. Applying paint the edges always tend to finish up kinda 'fuzzy'.
I want a absolute clean and sharp edge for all these coloured surfaces and lettering.

Maybe I could add a water-rocket-launching system...;-))

If I'm not mistaken the height record water rocket launching is set at 530(!) meters.
but these guys used kevlar to reinforce they’re rockets...

Just kidding guys...;-)))

Do you know were you stored that 1.5mm nozzle Gina...;-)))

Hmm...  Doesn't seem to be in my main stock of nozzles.  I have 1.2mm and 2mm.  The 1.5mm+ may be in one of the general 3D printer boxes.

You do have a 1.5mm... I know for sure...!...;-)

Found it!   Was looking for 2.85mm filament nozzles but it's a 1.75mm.  No problem - Concorde printer takes either.  And I have both sizes in white PLA.

Thank you Chris, that would be very much appreciated.  I'm certainly thinking of it and fairly soon.  I can interleave it with astro.
