Great pic Craig.

Obviously the dark will help the whole image, but for just that corner bit of amp glow then I find that treating it seperately works quite well, as even some darks can leave a bit of an effect. Here is your first image with the amp glow treated to selection>hue/saturation>magenta>decrease saturation & lightness.

So pleased you got at least some dark skies.

Crikey, that's amazing for one 10 minute. I'm stunned that the core isn't totally saturated. Hell of a shot.

Just went out and took 2 10 min darks, then discovered they were only iso800 not 1600! Will need to try tomorrow night!
