12v power..

newbie alert

Recommended Posts

Hi all ,I have 3 Halfords power tank type units that I use to power my mount, camera, dew bands etc..one of them is taking ages to charge and running out of power quite quickly..

My idea is to use the casing and replace the rechargeable battery inside..is it possible to change the battery for a lithium type? Would I need a different charging unit? Just an idea floating about at the moment..

Any ideas please?

If you buy  Tracer Battery it will come with the proper charger.

Did this with mine, chucked out the jump leads, tyre pump and 17ah LA battery and fitted 40ah Tracer LifePO battery

PS: You'll only need one battery then
