A Bigger Bubble

I managed to get 2 hours of SII (8x900s) to add to the H and OIII of my previous image. This is a slightly wider view of the area.

Stars are nice and tight and the full size image looks awesome! It's building up very nicely, what more will you add?

Thanks Maximidus. I think that's probably it for the Bubble this season. No doubt i'll tinker with the processing I do seem to have a particular problem trying to add vibrancy to my images.

When I looked at this last night I thought the moody look was quite good, a little different from the norm. I've been trying to get enough data on this target with my RC8 for some time now but even if its looked clear the seeing hasn't been very good. Rather than changing too much of that moody feel how about a subtle lift with some RGB in the stars perhaps?

Excellent John: great scale for this target helping reveal detail on the 'surface' of the Bubble.

Quite different from the norm - I do like the colour scheme and the amount of detail.

Thanks, some really encouraging comments - I seem to be struggling with subjective factors more than technical ones at the moment!
