The Solar Chromosphere (Ca-K) - 19th August 2016

Did not expect to be catching this today! Rained most of the day and then clearer (as per the forecast I might add) just after 6pm. Just enough time to grab some 500 frame ser files between the passing clouds. White light to follow later.

Just the one soft close up today, seeing wasn't great and the other ser's that I took at 2500mm FL were very poor and would not sharpen without breaking down.
