This has been a pain, but I'm fairly happy with the out come so far, just need some colour now.

Very nice.  Looking forward to the colour version.  Is this a composite of various different lengths of exposure?

Yes its a combination of some 5 second, 10 second, for the core,  then some 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes to givean overall exposure time. Some doggy subs have been discarded, which was upsetting after all the hard work capturing them.

I've had another go at processing this and I think it's come out better, certainly the core has, only had an hours worth of red channel so far done for the colour.

Beauty and I'm glad you've posted it. I've just recently received my WO Reducer/flattener and Baader HA filter. Now i know what it looks like in HA, I'm looking forward to giving it a go!

There is so much detail and structure in this that it is almost unrecognisable from what you see in the eyepiece.

Good luck luck with the reducer and filter, its important to get the spacing right from the reducer to the chip.

A set of calipers comes in handy.
