Almost Full Moon

Here is my first mosaic of the moon with

a new camera. Taken in bad seeing at about 15-20 degrees high.

Its a 60% reduction and almost came out well.....

Mike - Its 12 overlapping frames each frame is the best 1000

of 3000 captured at 60fps.

Beautiful sight Ed. It looks 3 dimensional to me. I always get a feeling of awe when I see this view of the moon through the telescope. It just sits there majestic against the blackness of space.
