Pluto in Sagittarius

I try most summers to record the star-like Pluto currently low down on the meridian in Sagittarius about midnight.  Had to wait for it to exit my neighbour's ever expanding willow for this quick shot !

Inset POSS2/red plate showing no 'star' in Pluto's position.

Don't forget tonight's [Monday] BCC's Sky at Night @ 10PM TV BBC 4 overview so far on New Horizons probe :police:

Good capture, having failed to image it from the obs'y with 10"SCT I've shifted my portable rig for a better view through neighbours trees, only 110 f/7 refractor, had a nice tour around Sagittarius last night but didn't spot Pluto.
