Well i managed to drag myself out last night after a very very long time , the sky was so so, could just about make out the Plough, very milky indeed, but needed to keep my hand in as i was beginning to forget how to do it all lol.

Only imaged this one once before , and found it hard last time ,and conditions did not help again , would you beleive this is over 3 hours of exposure ,made up of 15 and 10 min subs .

Image with the Atik 16HR and scope Equinox 120, guided with the Equinox 80 , PHD guiding .

Cheers

Hi Rog,

Lovely job there - plenty of little galaxies in the background too to keep the centre-piece company. The set up seems to be a good 'un.

I was working hard at this one last night too!
