Jupiter grs 6-12-14

Again Poor to average seeing, it slightly improved around 05:00 with grs making an appearance, images were quite noisy so tried to keep them as natural as possible! Thanks for looking !

Lots of lovely natural detail in this image Simon, I think there is a faint barge or storm of somekind in the red spot itself ?

Yes, Nice detail coming on in the red spot Simon, it's a shame about these conditions, - I got up aswell but seeing dreadful here!

That's lovely, I was out last night and had really poor results ( tried 2.5x Barlow on C8 /asi120mc ) struggled to get anything decent .

Nice work Simon. I think you are doing really well in tough conditions. It's easy to see the potential of the images, you just need the seeing to sort itself out and the rest will fall into place.

Nice work Simon. I think you are doing really well in tough conditions. It's easy to see the potential of the images, you just need the seeing to sort itself out and the rest will fall into place.

Cheers Pete, I was thinking of packing up that morning but the seeing settled enough for a few reasonable runs, I was pushing fast frame rates 70-80 fps to try & cut through the lousy seeing, I was very impressed with the performance of the usb-3 cam!

Cheers Pete, the ir image was a result of a 6000 frame run  the final stack being around 2500 frames, I took some lrgb runs too but im not happy the way they combined!

I was out also and the seeing was awful....trying to process my images now ..!!!
