My attempt to capture the Swan (Omega) Nebula / M17 using a widefield setup. Thanks

Telescope: Officina Stellare RH200 @ f/3

Mount: Astrophysics Mach1 GTO

Camera: QSI 683+ Mono

Filters: Astrodon LRGB+Ha 

Total Exposure: 6h (L:120 / R:60 / G:60: B:60 / Ha:60)

I like it. You have very good control of the bright blue stars which can be difficult in this target. I can't say that I see an abnormal drop in quality with the larger one, though any image looks best when it is shown small.

You have some good pictures on your site. I haven't seen them before.

great image! i was observing this just last week and visually you can see why its called the swan but in all the images ive seen i cant see no swan lol
