Mars and a cold Hellas Basin

Its nice to be able to now image Mars at just before midnight rather than getting up at 2am. Well for us down here its nice.

ASI120MM camera.

Best 5% used from 14,000 frame AVI's per color(RGB)

Baader 1.25" RGB filters

Stacked with AS!2 and processed in Photoshop and PixInsight.

Carbon Serrurier truss 10" f4 Newtonian.

Televue 5x powermate + an 80mm extender.

Celestron CGE mount.
