The Sun - 25th July 2013

Day off work today so it was predictable that I would wakr up to rain and cloud! Started to clear just after 11:00 and by 12:00 I was able to grab 150 frames. Seeing wasn't great but final image has come out ok. I'm experimenting with posting my images through astrobin so apologies if this comes out a bit weird.

Just checking that out now with the PST. Fantastic, looks like a cloud floating over the Sun. Will definitely be trying some Ha captures next.
