A nice gap appeared just before the roast was ready , so I boosted the appetite with a quick session . . .

The new big spot is very nice , but it's the group at the ' half eight ' position that's the one to watch , it's grown a twin overnight and it's getting bigger . . .

1000D + ST120 + ND3.8 + 1.8 x Barlow + UHC + S/L.

1/1600s @ ISO 100 , 49/150 , Reg 5.1 , Gimp 2.8.

Lovely clear image Steve with lots of interesting activity.

Unfortunately I've not done too well with imaging the Sun today as I nudged the scope and they've come out all blurry

Very interesting, there are several that seem to be a lot larger than yesterday with a double spot. Could get interesting this week, so we shall expect rain then!

Nice one Steve. Some interesting H alpha activity on the opposite limb today, I guess the group that has just gone around the limb is still causing havoc!

Very interesting new development, Steve. Well captured. I did have a look in white light, but only imaged in H-alpha today. Loads going on there as well. We could be in for an interesting week. Let's hope we all can capture these developments without too many weather problems
