My 1st attempt at M31 Alt Az imaging

Well, this is my 1st attempt at M31. It was taken through a TS 804 Triplet with a canon 7d mounted onto a CPC 800. Tracking in Alt Az mode.

I'm aware of the field curvature at the edges, but I think it's an ok attempt especially with the mount I used.

Comments and critisism encouraged, I really want to push what I can do with my current setup to the max, I cant afford to invest in a top range EQ mount atm, but plan to in the future.

The image is around 2 hours total exposure, stacked from 30sec exposures.

I wished my first attempt had came out as good as that, good choice for a first attempt concidering it was done in alt az mode, stars a quite good, and the colours look good, i do have a feeling through processing you could get a bit more information to come out, but all in all excellent start
